Hello Neighbour!

Hello Neighbour! was a solo show at Pith Gallery in 2012, during the Calgary Stampede 2012. The idea came from the workshop that I was working in at the time and how it was used as a carriage workshop in the early ages of Calgary. The carriage that I built was from found materials within bicycle distance of the workshop. During the installation time I dismantled the carriage piecemeal and moved it over to the gallery by bicycle trailer and assembled the carriage in the gallery as if it was transported by some kind of particle transport beam that you would see on a science fiction movie. Hello Neighbour! was about how different eras in our history are sharing ideas from past present and future creating our current reality.
