This sculpture was made in response to Lucky Iron Fish‘s social enterprise, for a one night Beakerhead fundraiser. This event centrepiece moved a 9′ wheel full of the tiny iron fishes innovated by Lucky Iron Fish, which deliver needed iron supplements by simply popping a ‘fish’ into a cooking pot. Using the force of water, from the reservoir below, the wheel spins in perpetual motion, giving the effect of fish jumping in and out of the water.
